People Who Are Not Job Ready

Some people are highly disadvantaged and simply are not ready or able to start job searching.

It could be because they left school without the skills needed by employers, or because they have learning difficulties, a disability, a mental health issue or some other barrier.

But being assessed as not job-ready does not mean there are no options.

These people need more time and support to make the changes needed to get them ready to enter work experience, training and eventually work. Jobs Statewide is there to coordinate this support and help them move forward.
