Chad had been unemployed for three years before undertaking the intensive Back on Track program with Jobs Statewide.

The practical support he received included arranging industry-specific training, as well as forklift licence, white card and traffic management ticket.

Now working as a traffic controller for Altus Traffic, Chad has not looked back.

"The course really boosted my self-confidence and gave me new personal and social skills," he said.

"I love the work. It's great to be part of the workforce again and have some money in my pocket."
